I don't think such an operation is easily manageable. There are now just over a thousand posts on my blog, but for a blog that had a few thousand the work would be long and arduous: go read old posts; find those to rewrite; rewrite and publish them. Try to imagine if there were 500 posts to rewrite: is it worth it? Loss of offer A successful blog stands out from others because it always offers new articles. With this technique the blog does not offer new posts, preferring to re-propose old rewritten articles.
The blogger will spend his time Phone Number Data rewriting, rather than writing new content. Positioning of old posts An old post doesn't necessarily disappear from the first pages of results. It depends on various factors: text optimization: if the post has a good title, if it uses good formatting (titles, subtitles, lists, short paragraphs, prominence, etc.), if has a readable URL, then it has a good chance of remaining in the top places; length of the text: a post of 100 words - unless it talks about a non-existent topic on the web - has very little chance of standing out, unlike one of 6- 700 words, which managed to delve deeper into the topic it deals with; quality of the text: the post must be written impeccably both from the point of view of grammar and from that of truthfulness.
Quality texts emerge because they make correct use of keywords, always contextualized and never abused; uniqueness of the text: posts that talk about little-known topics can move up in the results; popularity of the text: a good post will receive many links and shares on social networks and this will be rewarded by search engines. My old articles still at the top When to use capital letters of November 23, 2010: it is in 2nd place. How to promote a book online of 11 January 2011: it is in 1st place. The first writer in history of February 15, 2011: he is in 1st place among almost 17 million results. Show or tell? of 9 March 2011: it is in 2nd place. As things currently stand of March 20, 2012: it is in 1st place.
